Dr. Barbara Colombo, Ph.D. Director, Affect & Adaptation Lab (A² Lab)
International Academic Collaborations
Dr. Federica Biassoni is assistant professor at the Department of Psychology, member of the Communication Psychology Lab and of the Traffic Psychology Research Unit, at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan. Her main research interests are verbal and non verbal communication of emotions, risk perception and narration as a tool for the empowerment of well-being.
Prof. Dr. Simona Caravita is Full Pressor of Educational Psychology at the Norwegian Centre for Learning Environment and Behavioural Research in Education, University of Stavanger Her research interests focus on bullying, discrimination, aggressive behavior, moral development, neuroethics, and peer-relationships in childhood and adolescence.
Rosa Angela Fabio, Ph.D., is Full Professor at the University of Messina. She is in charge of the Cognitive Empowerment and Neuroplasticity Lab and of the Airett Research and Innovation Center. She researches effects of cognitive empowerment and neuroplasticity on Rett syndrome, ADHD, gifted underachiever and cognitive decline. She authored more than 400 papers.
Dr. Paola Iannello is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology (Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan). Her main research interests are individual differences in economic and medical decision-making (with particular interest in cognitive and decision styles), intuition, metacognition, and mindreading processes.
Dr. Chiara Rossi is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Psychology (Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan). Her research interests are mostly in the areas of personality differences, music therapy, and the interaction between personality, music listening, and wellbeing.
